As part of dairy sector development, Governor Bhalla handed over a cheque of ₹5 crore to the Manipur Milk Union and inaugurated a 2KL Bulk Milk Cooling Centre at Kakching. He also awarded certificates to three selected cabin crew trainees under the new skill development scheme.
