SENAPATI, Nov 12: The English Department of Asufii Christian Institute inaugurated its first edition of the Tri-Monthly Bulletin on Wednesday, marking a new chapter in showcasing the creativity and talent of its students.
The Bulletin was released by Dr. Daili Neli, the Principal during the morning assembly in the presence of the Students and staff. Miss Adahe Elo-a, the HoD of English Department, presented the first copy of the new release to the principal.
The first edition of the bulletin was designed by Mr. Gaikulung Gongmei, Asst. Prof. Dept. of English who also shared insights into its purpose and vision before its release. He expressed that the publication aims to provide a platform for students to express their thoughts, imagination, and literary skills through various creative forms.
The first issue of the bulletin features an impressive collection of students’ works including poems, epitaphs, reports, drawings, and other literary pieces, reflecting both artistic depth and linguistic excellence. The bulletin stands as a testament to the department’s commitment to nurturing creativity and critical thinking among students in the college.
The bulletin will be published once every three months, ensuring a continued celebration of student talent and literary expression. In his concluding remark, Mr. Gaikulung thanked the staff and students for the contribution and encouraged even other students to contribute actively to creative art through various literary expressions.
