IMPHAL, Nov 25: Manipur police arrested a 25 year old digital content creator in Imphal East district for allegedly asking questions that could promote conspiracy to commit criminal offenses.

Police said one person has been arrested on Monday, “following investigation into an FIR case concerning a viral video in which a person (digital content creator) interviewed random people asking suggestive questions that could promote conspiracy to commit criminal offenses of intimidation and distrust among social groups and spread false information.”

He has been identified as Yumkhaibam Shantikumar of Tangkham Awang Leikai in Imphal East district.
