KANGPOKPI, Nov 27: In celebration of the Diamond Jubilee of BSF Raising Day, the 105 Battalion of the Border Security Force, currently stationed at IIIT College, Mayangkhang, organised a “Unity Run” on Wednesday morning to promote fitness, unity, and national integration.
The 5 km run, held between Hengbung and T Kullen at 8:00 AM, saw active participation from BSF, CRPF, and Assam Rifles personnel, along with enthusiastic local residents. The event showcased a strong bond between security forces and the community, reinforcing mutual trust and cooperation in the border region.

Special arrangements were made to ensure wider public involvement. Addressing the gathering, the Commandant of the 105 Battalion reiterated the force’s motto, “Jeevan Paryant Kartavya,” and highlighted the importance of teamwork and physical well-being in fostering resilient relationships.
As part of the observance of Constitution Day, all participants took the Constitution Day Pledge, reaffirming their commitment to uphold the fundamental values of the Constitution and the unity of the nation.
