During the programme, information was placed before the Chief Minister regarding alleged unlawful activities along the Moirangpurel road, reportedly involving certain security personnel. Taking note of the matter, he directed the Superintendent of Police to conduct a detailed inquiry.

He also instructed the Deputy Commissioner of Imphal East to submit a report on Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) from Laikhong village who are yet to receive assistance for purchasing mattresses through Direct Benefit Transfer. The Deputy Commissioner assured that in coordination with the Home Department, the issue would be addressed.

The Science and Arts Block of Moirangpurel Higher Secondary School was constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 3.78 crore under Samagra Shiksha Manipur and executed by the Education Engineering Wing. The infrastructure includes classrooms, laboratories, a library, separate toilets for boys and girls, and a rainwater harvesting system.

The Model Residential School, funded by the Ministry of Minority Affairs under PMJVK, was completed at a cost of about Rs 25.62 crore.

The Itham Moirangpurel Bridge over the Thoubal River, located at 2.10 km under Keirao Bitra Block, was built at a sanctioned cost of approximately Rs 645.84 lakh by M/s NDS Construction under PMGSY-I.

The road upgradation from NH-202 at Lamlai to Thoubal Dam forms part of a network linking NH-202 (Imphal–Ukhrul Road) and NH-102(A) (Shangshak–Tengnoupal Road). The project is under the supervision of the Public Works Department and is expected to be completed within a year.
