SENAPATI, Jan 6: Assam Rifles organized a solemn wreath-laying ceremony at the War Memorial in Maram, Senapati district, Manipur, on January 5, 2025, to honor the supreme sacrifice of Rifleman/GD (Late) Longdon Wangsu. The ceremony marked the third anniversary of his courageous sacrifice, made during an operational task at Waithou, Manipur, on January 5, 2022.
