SENAPATI, March 6: A road accident occurred on National Highway 2 near Puni Pfosemai village in Senapati, Manipur, on March 6, 2025, resulting in severe injuries to a driver and significant damage to a TATA Dumper truck.
Upon receiving news of the incident, the Assam Rifles quickly dispatched a a recovery and health experts team to the accident site.
Troops of Assam Rifles recovered the vehicle, carried out effective traffic control, provided immediate medical aid to the driver and evacuated him to District Hospital in Senapati, for proper medical care.
