KANGPOKPI, Oct 21: In a determined effort to combat drug abuse, Assam Rifles organized an educational lecture on Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances at Hengbung, Kangpokpi District, on 21 October. The event saw an overwhelming turnout from the local populace, particularly the youth.
