SENAPATI, May 6: A delegation led by Benjamin Tao, President of the Bharatiya Christian Manch, held an insightful discussion today with Mr. Anil K. Anthony, National General Secretary and Spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), at Hotel Classic Grande, Imphal.
The meeting focused on fostering peace and harmony in Manipur amid ongoing unrest in the state. Among the delegates were Rev. Apila, former Women Secretary of the Manipur Baptist Convention (MBC), Mrs. Grace Thumra Shatshang, former President of the Naga Women Union, Manipur, and Pastor A.S. Graceson Marao.
The interaction was marked by a shared concern for the prevailing situation in the state and a collective desire to promote peace, unity, and reconciliation. The delegation emphasized the importance of dialogue and inclusive efforts to restore harmony among all communities in Manipur.
