SENAPATI, May 27: In a significant step toward digitizing administrative functions, the District Administration Senapati, in collaboration with the District Information Technology (DIT) Office, today launched the e-Office Hands-On Training programme at the DC Conference Hall, Senapati.
The training was led by RD. Davidstone, the designated e-Office Master Trainer, who delivered comprehensive practical guidance on effectively navigating and utilizing the e-Office platform.
Planned in batches to accommodate various departments, the training aims to ensure a seamless transition to the digital platform and will continue until April 2, 2025. The initiative seeks to foster transparency, accountability, and efficiency in government operations, while also reducing costs and promoting data security and environmental sustainability.
E-Office is a digital workplace solution developed specifically for government organizations to streamline internal processes, improve collaboration, and enable quicker communication.
Attendees at the inaugural session included officials and staff from the Deputy Commissioner’s office, Adahrii Maheo, MCS, CEO/ADC Senapati, SDOs, and their respective teams.
