PAOMATA, Dec 30: The Khumai (Tunggam) Youth & Students’ Organisation (KYSO) is all set to commemorate its 74th Anniversary with a two-day “Seminar Cum Felicitation” program scheduled for January 6-7, 2025, at the DRDA Hall, Paomata Centre.
The event will bring together an esteemed panel of special guests and resource persons to inspire and empower the youth of the region. Among the key dignitaries are Joram Maivio, a member of the Monitoring Committee under the Ministry of Home Affairs and a former member of the Bezbaruah Committee, and M Sheveine, MCS, Sub-Divisional Officer of Mao-Maram-Tadubi under the Government of Manipur.
The seminar features a diverse panel of resource persons excelling in various professions: Dr. P. Augustine, Senior Medical Officer, Medical Health Service; Dage Aduh, Chef De Partie; Sh. Ngaopuo, Carpenter; Hriivei Carlos Pao, Footballer, Rajasthan United FC; Ngaopuo Masouhrii Lawrence, Advocate and Mentor at Barak Rising Star Academy, recently commissioned as an Assistant Commandant in the BSF (UPSC 2023); Ashe Jonah, Entrepreneur; Tho Shikho, Driver; Rine Maikho, Cabin Crew, Air India Airline; and RK Akhuo, Inspector/GD, CRPF.
The event will celebrate not only the achievements of KYSO but also the accomplishments of individuals who have brought pride to the community. It promises to offer insights and inspiration to students and young professionals. KYSO President, in a statement, said, “This program represents our commitment to fostering the growth of our youth and celebrating their milestones.
