This year’s theme, ‘Yoga for One Earth, One Health’, reflects a broader global vision of sustainable living and holistic health. It also aligns with Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s concept of ‘Humanity 2.0’, which promotes mindful living, planetary wellness, and a shared sense of responsibility among people worldwide.

In addition to the main gathering, a special yoga session was also held at the Raj Bhavan in Imphal, where Governor Bhalla once again led officials and staff in a calm and focused yoga routine, performed amidst peaceful and natural surroundings.
