SENAPATI, May 12: The Naga People’s Organisation (NPO) has announced restrictions on certain activities within Senapati Town and its municipal areas, without prior permission from the competent authority, the Naga People’s Organisation (NPO)
According to the press release, “These restrictions include any kind of protest, like bandh, strike, blockade, rally and organising (any kind of) fair or Mela and unauthorize meeting.” The NPO stated that these restrictions have been implemented in order to maintain peace and order in Senapati Town and to prevent any potential disturbances or conflict in the area.
The NPO further warned that any organization, association, group, or individual found violating these restrictions will face legal action in accordance with the law.
