SENAPATI, April 17: The office of the Executive Engineer, Senapati PHE Division, has issued a reminder notice urging consumers under the NLCPR Scheme to regularize their water supply connections.
According to the notification, all consumers currently availing water supply under the NLCPR Scheme must complete the process of regularizing their connections and availing their respective serial numbers on or before April 21, 2025. The process is to be carried out during office hours at the office of the Executive Engineer, Senapati PHE Division.
The department has emphasized that any form of unauthorized connection—such as drawing water directly from raw water pipelines, direct pumping from the main supply line, or unauthorized revenue or water tax collection by private individuals or organizations—is strictly prohibited.
Consumers have also been advised to ensure proper maintenance of their house connections and to clear their water bills on time. The department has made it clear that no complaints will be entertained after the bill due date.
