PM Modi Urges Youth to Join Quiz for Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue

NEW DELHI, Nov 27: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called on young Indians to participate in the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue by taking part in an “interesting quiz” that can secure their place in the historic event.

The Viksit Bharat Challenge, a four-stage competition aimed at involving youth in shaping India’s future, will begin with a nationwide digital quiz competition running from November 25 to December 5, 2024. This quiz is open to all individuals aged between 15 and 29, including both students and non-students.

The Prime Minister wrote in a post on X, “My young friends, there is an interesting Quiz, which will ensure you can be a part of the historic Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue on 12th Jan, 2025. This is a very special opportunity for letting your innovative ideas be heard by the topmost levels of Government. It will be your indelible contribution to achieving our goal of a Viksit Bharat.”

The official website for the initiative, mybharat.gov.in, has detailed that the quiz is open to undergraduate students in their second and third years from UGC-recognized institutions, as well as young people under 29, regardless of whether they are currently students. The quiz offers an exciting opportunity to contribute ideas towards India’s development while allowing students to earn academic credits in accordance with UGC norms.

In his monthly “Mann Ki Baat” radio broadcast, Prime Minister Modi also urged people to celebrate the stories of the Indian diaspora who have made significant contributions globally, particularly in the fields of freedom struggles and cultural preservation. Through the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue, Modi is seeking to inspire and engage the youth in the national conversation about India’s future.
