Senapati: Poumai Premier League Season XI to Kick Off on October 22

Senapati, August 28: The Poumai Premier League (PPL) is officially set to return with its much-anticipated Season XI, scheduled to take place from October 22 to November 1, 2025, at the Astro Turf Ground in Senapati District. The announcement was made by the PPL Committee through an official notification.

Founded in 2014 under the motto “Unite and Progress through Sports”, the PPL continues to provide a dynamic platform for footballers across the Poumai region to showcase their talents and promote unity through sport.

The PPL Committee has opened the registration process for participating teams. Registration and renewal for the eight clubs that reached the quarter-finals in Season X will begin on August 30 and will remain open until September 25, 2025. The committee has urged all the eight clubs to complete their registration within the specified period to avoid losing in the reserved team registration.

Registration for the remaining eight clubs will begin on September 26 and continue until October 15, 2025. The league will allow only sixteen (16) Poumai football clubs to compete in this season.

The notification also listed the eight reserved clubs. They are:
1. Pou Legend FC
2. Paokhaodu FC
3. Risk Ravens FC
4. Range Rover FC
5. Sheku FC
6. Ratung FC
7. Lapao FC
8. Brothers FC

Registration Fees
• Renewal Fee: ₹500
• Old Club Registration Fee: ₹5,000 (excluding renewal)
• New Club Registration Fee: ₹6,000
