SHILLONG, Dec 12: In a significant drug bust, two individuals from Manipur were arrested with heroin at Umphyrnai under the jurisdiction of Madanriting police station in Shillong on Thursday.

The accused have been identified as Dontanglian (39) and Chingneilun (30), according to police sources.

During the operation, law enforcement officials seized ten soap boxes containing suspected heroin weighing 106.06 grams. Additionally, two mobile phones were recovered from their possession, authorities said.
