PAOMATA, May 19: The village of Liyai Khullen at Trachi, Beivoli (Giant Himalayan Lily) is all set to host the much-anticipated Zhaimai Beivoli 2025 with an inaugural program on Thursday, May 22, starting at 10:00 AM at Liyai Khullen, a landmark site rich in cultural heritage.
The event will be graced by Adahrii Maheo, the Chief Executive Officer of the Autonomous District Council (ADC), Senapati, as the Chief Guest. The program will be coordinated under the supervision of P. Sapunii Neopu and D.K. Isaac Caasi, with D. Rovei Poumai as the event host.
The inaugural proceedings will begin with a blessing from H. Veizo, Associate Pastor of Zhaimai Baptist Church (ZBC), followed by a special presentation by the Women Society. An introduction and welcome address will be delivered by one of the supervisors, setting the tone for the day’s events.
Yi James, the Village Chairman, is scheduled to deliver a key speech, followed by an address from the Chief Guest himself. Additional information and insights will be provided by the event supervisors before the benediction is offered by R.S. Hrinii, Church Secretary of ZBC.
The program will culminate in an exhibition match, featuring penalty shootouts and volleyball, pitting the Chief Guest Team against Village Leaders—a much-anticipated showdown promising both fun and community bonding.
Zhaimai Beivoli 2025 aims to not only celebrate local unity and cultural heritage but also inspire collective progress in the region. Villagers and guests are expected to gather in large numbers to witness this memorable season as many tourists have been visiting the beauty before the official opening, eagerly waiting for her full glory!
