Bangalore: The Poumai Naga Tsiidoumai Me Bangalore celebrated its XXIX Vedaoyu Niih Freshers’ Meet 2024 at the India Campus Crusade for Christ on Hennur Main Road, Bangalore on August 8. The event showcased the rich cultural traditions of the Poumai Naga community.
The event was highlighted by the presence of Shri Kumo Sha, who served as the Chief Guest, and was warmly received by the Poumai community in Bangalore.
President of PNTMB, Esli Joel Vemai’s motivational address set a positive atmosphere for the day’s events.
The program featured traditional cultural performances, with significant contributions from Guests of Honor Dr. Grace Ngade, Dr. Loung Nathan, and Subader P. Silas, who offered encouraging and practical insights.
Miss Nungsangmongla Ozukum, President of NSUB, extended her greetings, and representatives from the Manipur Diaspora Bangalore (MDB) and Naga sub-unit leaders contributed to the event’s success.
The highlight of the evening was the crowning of Mr. Shipoukho Mazamo Wisdom and Miss Siirene Rova as Mr. and Miss Freshers 2024, celebrating new talents within the Poumai Naga community.
