Shepoumaramth Region Imposes Ban on Poppy and Other Narcotics Cultivation

Senapati, Aug 30:   The Shepoumaramth Region, under the Government of the People’s Republic of Nagalim (GPRN) on Friday has issued a strict ban on the cultivation of poppy and other narcotics within its jurisdiction. This directive is aimed at addressing significant concerns about narcotic production in the region.

The directive, signed by Eno. L. Athikho Kajiche, Secretary of the GPRN Office of the Central Administrative Officer, Shepoumaramth Region issued the order, highlighting its importance by stating, “To protect the public interest and uphold national principles, the Shepoumaramth Region enforces a total ban on cultivating poppy and other narcotics.”

The order requires all Village Authorities within the Shepoumaramth Region to strictly implement this ban effectively. It warns that anyone found violating the directive will face serious consequences, as such actions will be treated as intentional defiance.
