Kangpokpi: April 13,2024

In response to the recent tragic events, including the killing of two Kuki-Zo volunteers and the shooting of another individual, CoTU has declared a 24-hour total shutdown in the entire Sadar Hills region of Kangpokpi District. The shutdown, imposed from midnight of April 13 until midnight of April 14, is aimed at protesting against the violence and demanding justice for the victims.
