Assam Rifles organised a Musical evening at Asufii Christian Institute, Mao in Senapati district of Manipur on 13 July 2024. The event was graced by Hon’ble MLA Shri Losii Dikho, Commandant Assam Rifles Battalion, faculty members and students of Asufii Christian Institute.
The event commenced with a welcome speech by Mr. Arche Kaisa, Principal Asuffi Christian Academy followed by a speech by Commandant Maram Battalion. The event continued further with an array of melodious and impactful songs by students of Asufii Christian Institute and Jazz band of Assam Rifles. During the cultural programme, the zeal and enthusiasm of the students was electrifying. The event saw a commendable musical exhibition of bollywood and hollywood songs with nuanced music which was thoroughly loved by attendees.
The aim of the event was to provide an exposure of extracurricular activities beyond realm of academics. The students were awestuck and cheered the performances with utmost gusto and fervour.
The Assam Rifles with such initiatives is contributing to the overall development and growth of region by working in harmony with local populace, youth & children. The students and the faculty members expressed their gratitude for organizing such wonderful program and lauded the efforts of Assam Rifles towards ensuring peace and security in the region.
