Senapati, Aug 23: The Micro-Small & Medium Enterprise Promotion Council of India (MSME PCI) inaugurated its State Office in Manipur today at Old Monday Market, Senapati. The event was led by Chief Guest Mr. Pradeep Mishra Sarkar, Chairman of MSME PCI, who emphasized the council’s commitment to extending top-tier services to even the most remote areas of the state.
In his keynote address, Mr. Sarkar stressed the importance of integration between MSMEs, banks, and entrepreneurs to effectively implement MSME schemes and drive sustainable economic growth in Manipur.
Distinguished guests, including L. Vaiphai, MPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Senapati, and other MSME PCI leaders, attended the ceremony. Mr. Romeo Thono Paokhomai, State Chairman, outlined strategic initiatives for small and medium enterprises, while Miss Temuidou Makunga highlighted ongoing support for entrepreneurs through training, financial aid, and market access.
The event concluded with a ribbon-cutting, office tour, and networking session, marking a significant step in enhancing Manipur’s economic landscape. The new office will serve as a vital hub for implementing MSME schemes across the region.
