A major protest was held at Khwairamband Nupi Keithel, where students and women gathered, calling for immediate action from Manipur Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya. They are demanding measures to protect the state’s territorial integrity and to halt the violence. Following the expiration of a 24-hour deadline for the Governor’s response, protestors are preparing to march to Raj Bhavan to present their demands directly.
