DIMAPUR, Nov 4: A four-member delegation from the 16th Finance Commission, headed by Chairman Dr. Arvind Panagariya, landed in Dimapur, Nagaland, on Monday.

The team also includes members Ajay Narayan Jha, Annie George Mathew, and Dr. Manoj Panda, and was greeted at Dimapur Airport by Nagaland Deputy Chief Minister Y. Patton along with other officials.

During their three-day visit, the team is set to meet with the State Government and various stakeholders on November 5. On November 6, the commission members will visit several historically significant sites in and around the State Capital. They will be accompanied by a number of officials from the Finance Commission to assist with their meetings and site visits.
