IMPHAL, Nov 1:    A coordinated operation on October 31 led by SDPO Yairipok from the Manipur Police resulted in the successful rescue of a missing minor female from the Jasai area in Navi Mumbai, according to a report by Police on Friday.

The operation was conducted with the assistance of the Mumbai Police and falls under the jurisdiction of the Uran Police Station.

The suspect, identified as Laishram Sanathoi Singh, whose actual name is Abdul Mannaf Choudhury, 25, from Jirighat Bagicha Part-I in Assam, has been apprehended.

Legal procedures are underway, including a medical examination for the rescued minor, as authorities ensure her safety and care.
